smime signed, filtered: x-symbol, vc, rcs and coding problems.

Hello I am re sending this mail, since my previous one was smime signed and I have the feeling it did not pass the filter: Using Xemacs 21.5.32 Mule with (setq default-process-coding-system '(utf-8)) (set-coding-priority-list '(utf-8)) (set-coding-category-system 'utf-8 'utf-8) (setq default-network-coding-system '(utf-8 . utf-8)) are under rcs version control, get their coding screwed up, like $[0,2?]$.
