Well, it seems like there is something wrong with the CVS server. Does it
have enough swap space to handle a few checkouts? It really should. I've
almost seen an out-of-memory situation on a UNIX box with adequate swap
space.
That said, I know nothing about CVS pserver, so this is basically just a
complaint :). If you have to resort to it, there are free services like
SourceForge which will provide stable CVS trees that don't give random
errors.

In general, in barfs at me with "cannot allocate 32 bytes". Consider
yourself a lucky boy :-)

It has never worked for me either. Since I don't use skk, I use a
shell script to update the package archive directory per directory after
mule/skk.
