case sensitive abbrev

        Hi

I asked this question some time ago, what are the intentions of having
abbrev case sensitive:

That is for example

eqaution gets expanded into equation 
and Eqaution gets expanded into Equation 

But not 
eqaution into Equation 

Last time I asked, I was advised to change the C code, a task I feel
unsuited for.
