I'm fairly sure Roundup supports this. The Python gang wrote a
SF-to-Roundup tool to take an XML dump of the SF data and import it into our
tracker. As I recall that was an interesting exercise in part because SF
changed their dump format once or twice during the test period.

True enough. Python had been with SF for several years. That has all been
imported into the new tracker.
