Following the usual Makefile syntax, I assume, it's all upper case.
But you never know ;-)
That's what happened, I assumed upper case. But, guess what? It's
actually lower case. So 'symlink' is the correct one. I've no idea
why it's that way (I didn't write Local.rules.template).
