icalendar work under 21.4
Well I think it ought to be possible to get a GPLv2 or later version
of replace-regexp-in-string and that it would be possible to use that
in 21.4. We have one in 21.5 before the switch to GPLv3 or later.
So it is this situation that is nagging me. Just drop in a version
with 21.5 and it works or work harder to get it to work in 21.4.
