To my knowledge, no, there were extensive changes made to the 21.5
code base
to have Mule talk to the Win32 Unicode APIs that never made it into 21.4.
Importantly, there was no built-in C-level Unicode support in 21.4.
Ok then: is there a precompiled Mule enabled 21.5?
