GPLv3|L8R -- Remaining files one by one: etc/emacskeys.sco

Hi, Next in turn is "etc/emacskeys.sco" (and to break the one by one paradigm I also enclose "etc/emacsstrs.sco" in this question.) These two files were discussed in the thread: http://list-archive.xemacs.org/pipermail/xemacs-beta/2010-February/018772... One of the alternatives was just to delete them which sounds good to me. The logic being: Unclear license, unclear copyright and probably not needed -> remove. These types of files can always be introduced again later and then with good reasons and with a solid copyright and license.
