No problem at all, thanks for this information.
I'm still running 21.5.25 for day-to-day usage; I think I'll update
to .27 and apply your patch. As far as I've understood while
skimming xemacs-beta, the recent changes in CVS were rather
disruptive, so I'm reluctant to switch to HEAD.
I had a a major problem with coding-system-related changes in lisp
modules disrupting VM usage, so I postponed most updates to that as
well. It seems the time has come to look at them again and sort out
the cause of my problem. ;-)
