Fair enough. I've been lucky enough to have not grabbed any dogs but I'm
sure they could be there.
Also, I wonder how many of those users are "banging on the [C
level
Perl] source." I suspect the fraction is much higher, and maybe
absolute numbers are higher too, in the [X]Emacs community.
I wouldn't know or even take a guess. I was really only concerened with
the add ons, in Lisp, not the core 'C' stuff.
