Spam Filter broken since about 2004-12-28 0800 UTC, now repaired

If you notice discontinuity (especially for these posts, but also in general), please let me (and the probable author, if you can guess) know and I'll resend if I have a copy. Unfortunately, due to my inability to keep up with the 200-300 spams per day that did not go directly to /dev/null, I've expanded the set of recipes that are automatically discarded greatly. This greatly increases the risk of something breaking, so please don't hesitate to write me and xemacs-mailmaint(a)xemacs.org if something seems amiss.
