Trouble accessing CVS
When trying to gain cvs access I receive an error after entering the
password, cvs. Any suggestions as to what the problem might be would be
appreciated.
/tools/buildup % cvs -d :pserver:cvs＠cvs.xemacs.org:/pack/xemacscvs login

CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs.xemacs.org(130.225.247.90):2401 failed:
Connection refused
