func-menu is in the edit-utils package. Apparently for some reason
XEmacs can't find it on your system.
Ben: we need to do define-behavior in the package for functions that
are defined in packages.
agreed. but modifying lots of packages is a bit of a hassle; i put it
there temporarily. the require is messed up, though.
