package maintainers heads up, upcoming official release

Hi! I plan to officially release the current set of pre-released package around next Sunday. After this, I'll build SUMOs for all those poor souls who have to download big tarballs, and begin the next cycle. If you have pending changes the world can't live without, please send me note about it. I prefer postponing the official release to having people yell at us because of semi-working code :-) I know of the upcoming ECB package, I've seen commits to tramp which might need to be synchronised, but that's about it (I don't think the changes to gnus will make it).
