More minor widget patches

Layouts were a bit broken. This fixes. andy 2000-03-31 Andy Piper <andy(a)xemacs.org&gt; * glyphs-widget.c (widget_instantiate): use LAYOUT_VERTICAL rather than 1. (initialize_widget_image_instance): default layout to LAYOUT_HORIZONTAL rather than 0. (widget_instantiate): reverse the item list at the end rather than every iteration. (layout_layout): re-code for the border text at the front of the item list rather than at the end. (layout_query_geometry): ditto. Pick up fixed and dynamic sizes provided by the user.
