FTP trouble?

There appears to be some issue with ftp.xemacs.org. Try this: (1) Open <URL:http://www.xemacs.org/Documentation/index.html> (2) Click the [letter] link for Programming in... (3) See 'Can't connect to FTP server' error message (4) Use Netscape to go to <URL:ftp://ftp.xemacs.org> and navigate to the file that the above link goes to. (5) Scratch head. Try again a minute or two later; everything works. I think someone posted about this early last week, too.
