By the way, I've thought about the mule-ucs & 21.5 issue. I _think_
that you should not get any mule-ucs junk unless you explicitly
require un-define. This will happen in latin-unity builds, but I
don't think anything else (including latin-unity runtime) does this.
You might want to do a grep over packages, but I was pretty careful to
try to keep mule-ucs from autoloading unless the _user_ does
something. (Of course I can't do anything about other packages.)
