Well I got something! I can't judge the quality of it in this short
time, if ever. But it has 1562 commits, a handful of tags and slightly
less branches. Now what? Clone to public repo on bitbucket?

Talk to Mike about it. It should be part of the XEmacs collection on
bitbucket. Enable all the reviewers. (I suspect I have the perms
needed to do all that but I don't know how yet.)
