Today I had another go at the recenter-top-bottom function and as
always, when you try to do something, new questions arise. So what do
you say about this:
- When we sync from GNU Emacs we should update, or insert if not
present, the FSF copyright notice?
- If the synced coded has been significantly changed then both the
FSF copyright notice and a "personal" copyright notice should be
updated?
