No!
Did you want to have two versions of Qt installed on your mashine? (Qt,
which is need for your appliocations, and Qt, which is needed for
packaged doxygen?) Did you want to have two versions of standard C++
library? (One for your compiler/applications and second for packaged Qt
and doxygen? -- C++ libraries (as a rule) from/builded by one version of
compiler is incompatible with anothers and changing of C++ compiler
require (as a rule) recompiling of all C++ applications (or waste space
by old versions of standard and non-standard C++ libraries).
I don't have "right of veto", but (IMHO) idea of packaging of doxygen's
binary with doxymacs (or any another major or minor mode) should be vetoed.
Or I/we/you should package cc-mode with C/C++ compiler?
Cperl-mode with Perl[45]?
Groff/Nroff/Troff with nroff-mode?
Be sane!
