(One for your compiler/applications and second for packaged Qt and doxygen? -- C++ libraries (as a rule) from/builded by one version of compiler is incompatible with anothers and changing of C++ compiler require (as a rule) recompiling of all C++ applications (or waste space by old versions of standard and non-standard C++ libraries). I don't have "right of veto", but (IMHO) idea of packaging of doxygen's binary with doxymacs (or any another major or minor mode) should be vetoed.
