people enforcing it by placing bogus Reply-To headers on their mailing
list and, in fact, requesting such headers.
I have no problems respecting your wishes in this, but please don't
justify them with "netiquette".
sorry; i thought it was considered good behavior not to remove
duplicates, as i've heard various people saying things to this effect.
(that is, i've heard various people say it is bad practice for senders
to remove duplicates; that receivers should request that mailing lists
do this for them.) i guess opinion varies as to what is the right thing
to do.
