I forgot to ask: Is "tools-help(a)python.org" maintaining elp.el?
I disrespectfully assumed not and changed it to FSF (as in Emacs
elp.el) since the file wasn't touched since 1994. Perhaps it should
be "XEmacs development team" and the bug report really go to
xemacs-beta(a)xemacs.org?
