I'm trying to update issue #350 to note that it is very likely a
duplicate of issue #331 (which I submitted).
Updated, and the problem user object retired.
Why on earth did you choose such a horrid bug tracking system?
(If by "horrid" you mean you have specific issues with it, please file
bugs against it.)
(a) The Python project uses it, so I can use their improvements and
get their people to help me fix it.
(b) I *can* fix it, which is not true of Bugzilla and RT (whose code
looks like gigabit SSH keys to me). Trac sucks big time for users
in my experience, and based on the year-long delays in MacPorts
addressing my bug reports about their Trac, it's apparently a bear
for the administrators, too. We had lots of people enthusiastic
about *installing* a Bugzilla, but nobody willing to promise to
take responsibility for its maintenance and training up
successors. So I picked the one I liked best at the time.
