[issue322] ruby-modes needs to be updated

hi all, Is there anyone aware of this issue? It was raised by graaff some time ago, but got no treatment... Note that, he has already submitted the patch and required new files to the tracker. Here's his last issue note: Yes, it was already sent to xemacs-beta some time ago, before the tracker was operational. At that point nobody seemed to jump on it. I have been thinking about supporting it myself but have decided that I won't be able to follow up on that commitment in the near future.
