I will do it if nobody else does. I have some ideas about how to do
it. But ...
I've done a lot better as Release Manager than I expected to (it's not
as hard as I thought it would be). You guys really wanna push your
luck that I can do "sumo-in-source-kit" better than I expect I'll be
able to, as well? As one of the reviewers so aptly put it, "[Steve,]
where's your code that doesn't suck?" _I_ don't know. If _you_ do,
would you point it out to me? (^^;;
Oh yeah. It would really nice to see the patches on xemacs-patches by
Monday.
Martin and Vin are the tarbaby people. Either of you want to
volunteer?
Anybody else out there itching to be a hero?
I have some ideas about how to go about it; write me if you want to
hear them. I'll try to get them put up on the release page
(
http://www.xemacs.org/Release/Public-21.2/execution.html#sumo) within
a few hours, too. If _you_ have ideas, don't be shy. Nobody else has
volunteered even that much---don't be embarrassed because the best you
can do is to make a proposal you haven't got time to follow through
on.
