Rashid, maybe you'll want to fix the email address in your report,
rbutte(a)localhost.localdomain isn't too useful.

You seem to have lots of load-path shadows, including eieio and
semantic.:documentation is used in both of them. Try getting rid of
the shadows and see if it helps.
