If it is so wrong why doesn't PSGML complain? Why doesn't the online
validator at
w3.org complain? They don't complain because the
practice isn't wrong. It isn't wrong because the primary purpose of
using <h#> tags is to make the page look pretty.
You show me a browser that chokes on my release announcement pages and
I'll show you a browser that is so badly broken the authors of said
browser should be drawn and quartered.
