Do you mean that such files are sprinkled around outside of the
xemacs-packages/mule sources? If so, can you suggest a way for me to
quickly identify them (eg, grep for BUILD_WITHOUT_MULE in package
Makefiles)?
I would like to purge code that requires Mule to build correctly from
the main codebase.
