I've tested both with `non-latin-printer' and `bdf-font-except-latin'
for ps-multibyte-buffer like this:

The unhappy is here:
When I run it within Gnus' summary buffer using
`gnus-summary-print-article' (A P), and if the article had MIME
encoded header (Subject, To field, etc), then it produces '~'
substituted output to PostScript (it is left header of the page).
If you have some Japanese printer or jp-enabled ghostscript, you could
easily reproduce this.
