RE: [Failure] XEmacs 21.5-b18 "chestnut" (+CVS-20050208) configured for `i686-pc-linux'.
Tried to compile _without_ mule and got this. The line
reading (error "Loading this file requires Mule support")
below kind of look suspicious.
I ran into this once before with a different file; it appeared to be a
byte-compiler error of some sort when a file had a raw latin-1 char in it,
but I didn't get farther with debugging so I'm not sure.
