Oh, you've done the work, so you won't delete it. I can't argue with
that, and won't try. :-(
sorry, that was just a "shut up and don't bother me" response out of
peevishness. we can revisit this later when the code gets merged.
currently, when i'm in the driver's seat, i need people who want to help
advise and navigate but not any wanna-be drivers.
