I'm about to commit Stephen's docs.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Stephen's docs are for Lispref, i.e. they
explain the Lisp API of the feature. What I'm talking about is the
most basic *user* documentation, explaining how the buffer tabs are
supposed to behave by default.
