I posted this to the XEmacs-beta mailing list a few days ago but
didn't
see it in the digests, so I am posting it again. Sorry if a duplicate.
Don't know what's with the digests, but it's in my folder and in the
archives:
http://lists.xemacs.org/pipermail/xemacs-beta/2012-December/023585.html
On the menu, Edit-->Mark-->C Function references
mark-c-function as what
it runs.
I have no idea how that got there. The function itself lives in
old-c-mode.el in the package prog-modes. However that library doesn't
insert it in the menus, at least that I found in a quick isearch of
the file.
grep mark-c-function /usr/src/ -r
/usr/src/xemacs-21.5.32/man/xemacs/programs.texi:@code{mark-c-function},
which is almost the same as @code{mark-defun},
/usr/src/xemacs-21.5.32/info/xemacs.info-2:`mark-c-function', which is
almost the same as `mark-defun', but which
I guess these references can be removed. Patches welcome!
Steve
