JOBS list for XEmacs

Comments on proposed JOBS list: Ben> Japanese Liaison Stephen Turnbull This is, uh, condescending. We don't need a Japanese Liaison. We've got several Japanese who can liaise for themselves. Although some Japanese do have problems with the XEmacs development process as a matter of cultural differences, we should consider that the exception, not the rule, and deal with it ad hoc, as a matter of courtesy when the issue comes up in individual cases. What we do need is an I18N Liaison for Mule. Somebody whose job it is to do what Hrvoje has done for Latin-2, but for environments that don't have core developers who speak them natively. Somebody's whose job it is to be aware of which language environments have what degree of support. Which language environments have no beta testers (and maybe try to find some). What environments the Mule guys at ETL and perhaps elsewhere are adding. Further suggestions as to what an I18N Liaison could do are welcome. (Maybe do Mule base and language environment package maintenance? But see below.) If that job is on offer, I'll take it. Ben> Possible job to give a name: Package Release Maintainer.
