Really? I don't see it in XEmacs 20.0, 20.2 nor 20.3. I had
assumed
it was quite new.
Nope. It wasn't dumped (or autoloaded) until quite recently. Until
it was autoloaded you had to (require 'loadhist) to see it.

I thought I was using the latest one in the `xemacs-devel' package.
