Re: LANG de_DE.UTF-8 (was: coding problem with babel.el (babelfish interface))

Hello, I confirm this kind of issue for Chinese coding system handling. The problem is similar to Uwe Brauer one: I have some chinese charactor in init.el and the file is encoded in UTF-8.  When launch xemacs in zh_CN.UTF-8, xemacs displays the characters in chinese.
