Well, sort of. I was thinking more along the lines of
(featurep 'clearcase-xemacs-package)
so that a package (like 'clearcase) could test whether it has been
installed as XEmacs package or not (ie. a GNU Emacs package).
Does package-provide do something like that? Should it?
