You mean this is not in 21.4? (It should definitely be, but offhand I
can't figure out why it shouldn't have made it there.)
Actually, it turned out that I was using a patched xemacs in -batch
mode, while the one interactive was plain old 21.4.22; and the bug
seems to be mine. Sorry about all that.
