As you may have worked out, XEmacs is not a very active software
project
currently. Those who use it in general use version 21.5, which is designated
the beta version; Windows binaries available here:
ftp://ftp.xemacs.org/pub/xemacs/binaries/win32/InnoSetup/
Yes, I have noticed it's not very active, but I'm more than glad it's active
at all, after it looked
as good as dead not so long ago ...
And no, I'm not interested in Windows binaries, I prefer to roll my own ... :-)
