No Space on Device

Stephen et al, We are out of space on ftp.xemacs.org. I tried to move most ot the 21.4 tarballs to Attic, but I ran into problems with the "withdrawn" subdirectory as you own those files. As far as I am concerned, the "withdrawn" subdirectory can be completely deleted. How many old versions do we want to keep?
