Well, that's not as easy to do as to say; if they are not GPLv3-
compatible we need permission of the author to fix them. Eric Raymond
has described a dodge to get around this (unfortunately I don't have
the URL to hand), but I'd want to check with a lawyer before doing it.
(This is like when Wikipedia unilaterally relicensed all its content.)
But you should remember the Bob Weiner/hyperbole fiasco. That's the
kind of situation we're talking about.

As part of this task we should IMHO, in order to be able to complete
it, only upgrade packages that isn't upwardly compatible to GPLv3.
