Could you please ship the color-theme package with XEmacs?

Thank you for all your work on XEmacs - it's the most powerful text editor
there is.
Could you please ship the color-theme[1] package with XEmacs base, or at least
as an XEmacs auxiliary package? It is a fairly popular XEmacs add-on; I know
this because it is even in the Gentoo portage system[2].
