RE: Getting closer to getting Xemacs to work ....
Reading the documentation for packages, I cannot
determine if the efs and dired packages should be
placed in the same directory as xemacs-base or
a separate one(local and 3rd party) like the doc
eludes to.
/xemacs/xemacs-packages vs /xemacs/site-packages
