Not at all.
Please do get Mule going as soon as you are comfortable with that;
Cyrillic languages could surely be supported better than they are
now. Even if you just have complaints, I mean, bug reports, that
would be a big help.
If there is anything I can do to help with Mule, feel free to ask me
directly or to post to xemacs-mule.
