No doubt. Those two aren't in Pre-Release. They are in the normal
package directory.

Not really. It's one of the difficulties of having both a "normal"
and "Pre-Release" package directory. If you have a package installed
that is older than what is in the normal package directory it will
also show in 'pui-list-packages' as being out of date from the
Pre-Release directory. It's because the package-index file in
Pre-Release is based on the package-index file in the normal
directory.
Anyway, as an aid to getting around this, any announcement I make for
Pre-Release packages lists *every* package that is in the Pre-Release
directory. If it ain't in the announcement, it ain't in the
directory.
What I need to do is upload a subset of the package-index that contains
*only* the packages that are in Pre-Release. Then write a clever little
function to merge that into the mainline package-index when I move them
to the normal directory.
Hey, that actually sounds like a good idea. :-) I'll do that for the
next round of Pre-Release packages after the Sumo.
