Yes, but I'd rather want to ditch ootags from distribution.
According to the comment, ootags enhancement to etags is to
output Altrasoft OO browser specific format. So it has no
use for XEmacs.
We probably ought to think about making emacs_name a configure
variable (eg for use of Infodock, UTF-2000 XEmacs, etc). Comment?
It's a good idea but I don't care much about it. Let the
variants worry about their name. :-)
