Patch missed?
I submitted a patch about a week ago for building 21.5 on Cygwin, and I've seen
no comment one way or the other about it. See

The patch is about as trivial as can be (a one-liner), but XEmacs won't build
on Cygwin without it if modules are enabled. Since I've been reading about an
impending release, I thought I'd better bring it up now. Is no one currently
doing anything with Cygwin?
