Uh-oh, there's no text displayed in the image by XEmacs "Uzbek
Black-pre2", although there is (and goobers too) when I display the
tmp file created by VM using ImageMagick. Both XEmacs and IM are
using the same libz.so.1.0.4 and libpng.so.0.96.
This has gone away in the new build (ie, I get text and goobers), but
it's not just upgrade to Uzbek Black (pre4), I've also upgraded libz
1.0.4 -> 1.1.2 and libpng 0.96 -> 1.0.2 in the meantime. I don't know
how to get XEmacs to link against the old libs (they're still there
since display for one seems to want them), so I don't know how to test
what the problem is.
