No. EFS reports should *always* go to:

due to the fact that EFS bug reports rarely contain enough information
to be acted upon without the information provided by it. I don't
care that much about mail addressed to me personally.
Before the NT folks yell at me again for not blindly applying every
patch coming my way (I *did* put up a test snapshot way before the
release), let me note that the CWD hackery is in place to work around
a bug in wu-ftpd 2.6, which means just about every other ftp server in
the universe. Therefore, I'll need some time to assess and test (!)
any fix for this I come up with.
