Hi,
Just noticed that when I use tramp and enter a tramp pathname using
ssh, I get an error that subr-more was not loaded.
If I manually do M-x load-lib subr-more and then use tramp, everything
works.
This is something "recent". I haven't used tramp in a while, but I
didn't have this problem sometime ago.
In the recent Tramp 2.2.9-pre, the only function used from subr-more.el
seems to be `number-sequence'. However, there is also a function
`tramp-compat-number-sequence', which provides its own implementation
when `number-sequence' is not available.
Could I assume that `number-presence' does exist now also for XEmacs
21.4? In this case, the compatibility function could be removed from
Tramp, which is always a good thing.
I have no idea, whiy the autoload in XEmacs does not work for that
function. Maybe, somebody could check what's up.

Best regards, Michael.
